Water Leak Services
Finding and fixing leaks from pipes, fittings, radiators, tanks and appliances.
Overview
A small drip can do serious damage to ceilings and floors if it is left. We trace leaks from pipework, joints, radiator valves, cylinders and appliances, repair them properly and check nearby fittings for the same problem. If water is coming through a ceiling, turn off the stopcock and, if it is safe, the electrics in that area before you call.
Common problems we deal with
- Water coming through a ceiling or wall
- Damp patches near pipes or radiators
- A dripping valve, joint or overflow
- A boiler losing pressure because of a hidden leak
How the work is done
- Isolation of the water supply where needed
- Tracing the source of the leak
- Repair or replacement of the failed pipe, joint or valve
- Pressure and leak checks once the supply is restored
